Two-hour design consultation and recommendation report
During the initial 2- hour consultation, I will share my opinions, advice, and plans for highlighting the selling features of the home. My goal is to solve awkward spaces and make every foot count by recommending only high-return improvements.
I will send you a list of recommended items to be purchased and/ or rented, suggested furniture arrangements, and anything else that will help turn your home sale into a success story.
Extensive Rearranging and Decluttering
$500 Starting Price
Rearranging and the de-cluttering the home is used to arrange furniture for optimal flow, maximizing the space, and making sure the photos taken afterward will be as amazing as it get. Includes rearranging furniture and decor, packing of personal items, organization of kitchen and bathroom cabinets and more.
Storage and organization boxes/ baskets are not included.
Staging Rental Furniture and Decor
$150 Per Room
Does not include cost of rentals
Organization Assistance
$100 Flate Rate
1 hour of assistance in organizing closets, cabinets, pantry and draws.

Open House Prep

1 hour of prepping home prior to open house.
Porch Decorating
