Q: how do I get a refund?

Q: What material do you use for your filling?

A: Amelia + Jack Designs uses Poly-fil Premium Polyester Fiber Fill for ALL our pillows. It is hypoallergenic, machine washable and made from recycled material. We do not guarantee that anyone who comes in contact with it will not have an allergic reaction however. Amelia + Jack Designs can not be held responsible if you or someone you know has an allergic reaction to the Poly-fil material used in our products.

A: Currently, Amelia + Jack Designs can only be contacted via email. If you have a question or comment please click here to fill out our Contact Us Form. We will try to respond within 48 business hours. You can also leave comments in one of our blogs.

Q: How can I leave a review?

A: We appreciate any feedback that you have and strive to improve out site and our products however we can. If you would like to leave a review please visit us on Facebook and leave your review there.

Q: How long is production time?

A: Production time varies depending on the project. Pillows and blankets we usually ask 7-10 business days for production but that can change depending on your order size. Wood projects will be at least 2 week production time and again that will depend on your order. You will be notified via email what the estimated production time will be after we receive your order.
