Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at Amelia + Jack Designs.

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase we want to make it right.

Returns

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

A return address label will be provided in original shipment. Label does NOT include shipping fees (see shipping below for more detail).

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will notify you that we have received the returned item. We will inspect it and notify you again on the status of your refund.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You should be able to see the returned amount on your statement within 7-10 business days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of initial shipping will be deducted from your refund.
