Hello, I’m Liz Vigus, a Stager who is dedicated to helping home owners sell their homes through Home Staging. With over 15 years of experience, I started Amelia + Jack Designs because I believe in making the home selling experience as smooth and as easy as possible for my clients.
My journey began when I was young with a passion for architecture and interior design so in 2009 I decided to get certified as a Home Stager. As a military wife who moved a lot, staging was something that I could do anywhere and it allowed me a flexible schedule to ensure i was always there for my children.
My approach to home staging is professional but also personable. I want my clients to feel at ease and heard when working with me. Staging can feel very intrusive so it is important that my clients trust me not only as a stager but as a person, so we can accomplish the goal of selling their home together.
Originally from San Diego, CA, we moved to Colorado Springs in May 2023 after my husband, Nick, retired from the Navy. I am Happily married for over 20 years and a proud mother of daughter, Amelia, son Jackson, mother-in-law to son Alfredo and dog mom to my fur babies Penny and Max.
